As an Olympic athlete in artistic swimming, I spent years refining the smallest details—understanding how strength, control, and fluidity come together to create effortless motion. But beyond performance, I’ve always believed that movement is more than just training - it’s about how we carry ourselves, how we feel in our bodies and how we build strength that lasts.

That belief led me to create The Modern Body—a method that blends athletic precision with artistic refinement, designed to help people move with intention, ease, and longevity. Drawing from my background in artistic swimming, ballet, reformer pilates and functional training, I’ve developed a program that goes beyond traditional workouts. It’s about reconnecting with your body, refining posture, and building strength in a way that feels both powerful and effortless.

My experience working with high-end clientele, luxury brands, and corporate wellness teams has shaped The Modern Body into more than just a training platform—it’s an elevated approach to movement that brings out the best in each individual.
